How Many Times Must I Recite to Find a Job?

Question: Master, may I ask how many times a day I should recite the Name? I am currently looking for a job and hope to receive Amitabha Buddha's blessings. With deep gratitude. Namo Amitabha Buddha.

Master Jingben Answers: Namo Amitabha Buddha. There is no fixed number of recitations required — there is no need to set a target of how many you must recite each day. Whether more or fewer, both are good. What matters is forming the habit of recitation: whenever there is a moment, recite. Even while looking for a job, you can recite as you go about your day — walking, waiting, or in any quiet moment.

The benefits of recitation are all-encompassing, and naturally this includes peace and good fortune in this present life. So there is no need to worry too much. Simply recite well, and Amitabha Buddha will arrange the most suitable conditions for you.
