此番言语，非为谴责过往，亦非妄图以只言片语扭转乾坤。惟愿这几句话，能成为滚滚红尘中暂停的契机，让忙碌的你我稍驻脚步，有一个稍微思考的机会。

抚慰稚子，疗其身伤，愈其心创；
唤醒迷途之人，早日醒悟忏悔；
安定社会人心，息诸惊恐。

Recently heartbreaking news—a horrifying tragedy that has stunned the nation of Malaysia. In the state of Melaka, a schoolteacher mother and her eldest son were found lying in a pool of blood at home, while the younger son sustained severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital. The most shocking detail? The alleged perpetrator is none other than the second son of the family. As medical staff struggle to save the surviving child, one cannot help but feel an even deeper anguish: how will this young boy, waking from such a nightmare, ever face the shattered pieces of his life?
Once known for its simplicity and warmth, Malaysia now finds itself veiled in a shadow of bloodshed. This tragedy is not merely the sorrow of one household—it is a sobering alarm for our society and its obsession with results-driven education. It raises weighty questions that cut to the heart of our collective values:
"When education becomes a race for grades, have we lost sight of its true purpose?"
"Is a so-called “happy life” even more fleeting than the morning dew?"
"Beyond academic knowledge, do we not need faith as a vessel to navigate the dark currents of life?"
These words are not meant to cast blame to the past, nor do they presume to reverse future fate with a few lines. Rather, may they serve as a brief pause in the rush of daily life—an opportunity for you and me to stop, reflect, and truly think.
With utmost sincerity, we pray for the compassionate light of Amitabha Buddha to shine upon all:
May those who have passed be guided to rebirth in the Land of Bliss;
May the injured child be comforted, healed in body and heart;
May the person who has strayed awaken and repent of all wrongdoings;
May our society find peace and be freed from fear and turmoil.
May all together recite “Namo Amitabha Buddha”
Equally offering blessings to all,
