念佛一夜间，找不到的病人资料竟自己“回来了”！A Night of Nianfo—The “Missing” Patient Record Miraculously “Returned”!

南無阿彌陀佛。末学佛善，目前在马来西亚一家中药店服务。自从接触净土宗，也来到马来西亚新山弘愿念佛会担任义工，想着以一点微薄之力，报答阿弥陀佛无尽的救度之恩。
在2025年7月12号，有一位病人前来就诊。由于一时疏忽，末学竟然忘记记录下他的身份证号码。我们诊所过往的病历非常多，要一份一份翻找几乎不可能。而且那一天特别紧急，需要立即把药物送到病人手中，却偏偏连联络号码也忘记向对方索取。
当下整个人都慌了，真的不知道该怎么办。
到了晚上，我心里还是放不下。想到师父常说：“遇到自己无法解决的问题，就交给阿弥陀佛吧。”于是我就在佛前合掌祈求：“阿弥陀佛啊，这位病人还等着用药，但我这次疏忽了，没有记录资料。弟子真的不知道怎么办了，求佛加持，让事情能够顺利解决。”祈求后，念了佛，我便前去休息了。
万万没想到，隔天一醒来，脑袋里竟然突然跳出四个清清楚楚的数字「5364」！直觉告诉我，这很像是某人的身份证最后四个号码。我立刻根据这四个数字去翻旧病历。果然「5364」，正是那位病人的身份证末四码！病历找到了，药也顺利送出，一切迎刃而解。
当下我真的非常欢喜，马上把这个消息分享给师父：“阿弥陀佛不只是保佑往生，连生活中的难题也帮我化解了！”
正如昙鸾祖师所说：「若如来不加威神，将何以达？」若不是阿弥陀佛的威神力加被，事情又怎能如此圆满？生活中看似微小的念佛感应，其实处处显现着阿弥陀佛无微不至的慈悲护念。特此与大众结缘分享，愿增上诸位念佛的信心。南無阿彌陀佛。

A Night of Nianfo—The “Missing” Patient Record Miraculously “Returned”!
Namo Amitabha Buddha. My name is Fóshàn, and I currently work at a traditional Chinese medicine clinic in Malaysia. Ever since encountering the Pure Land teachings, I also began serving as a volunteer at Pure Land Buddhist Dharma Centre in Johor Bahru, hoping to repay—even in a small way—the immeasurable grace of Amitabha Buddha’s protection and deliverance.
On 12 July 2025, a patient came to our clinic. Due to my carelessness, I forgot to record his identification number. Our clinic has countless past case files, and searching through them one by one was almost impossible. Even worse, that day the patient urgently needed his medicine delivered—but I had also forgotten to record his contact number.
At that moment, I completely panicked. I truly did not know what to do.
That night, I still could not put the matter down. I remembered Master’s words:
“When you face something you cannot solve, entrust it to Amitabha Buddha.”
So I folded my palms before the Buddha and prayed: “Amitabha Buddha, this patient is waiting for his medicine, but due to my negligence I failed to record his details. I really do not know what to do. Please bless me so that this matter can be resolved smoothly.”
After praying and reciting the Buddha’s Name, I went to rest.
Unexpectedly, the next morning when I woke up, four very clear numbers suddenly appeared in my mind: 5364. My intuition told me, “These look like the last four digits of someone’s identification number.” I immediately checked the old case files using these four numbers—and to my astonishment, 5364 was exactly the last four digits of that patient’s IC number!
The file was found, the medicine was delivered, and everything was resolved perfectly.
I was overjoyed and immediately shared the news with Master:“Amitabha Buddha not only protects us at the moment of rebirth—He even helps us solve the difficulties we face in daily life!”
Just as Great Master Tanluan said: “If the Buddha does not bestow His mighty power, how could such things ever be accomplished?”
Without Amitabha Buddha’s inconceivable power and compassion, how could this matter have turned out so perfectly? What seems like a small Nianfo response in daily life is, in truth, a manifestation of Amitabha Buddha’s tender and meticulous care.
I share this story with everyone, wishing that it may strengthen our faith in reciting the Buddha’s Name. Namo Amitabha Buddha.
