现代社会能够正常运转，离不开各行各业人们的辛勤付出。古人说："各守乃业，则业无不成。" 正如一台精密的钟表，哪怕少了一颗螺丝钉，也会停止转动。
然而，现代生活节奏快、压力大，纵为谋生奔波，亦不免身心俱疲。值此劳动佳节，虔祈弥陀慈父垂光加被，令诸劳动者身心康泰，得沐佛恩；更愿大众信佛念佛，安乐无虞。
尤感阿弥陀佛无尽悲愿：世间劳动者纵朝九晚五，尚有休憩之时；而阿弥陀佛悲愿宏深，十劫以来未尝暂歇。尤悯众生随时可能因业力而堕落。阿弥陀佛如慈母照顾刚出生的孩子，目不暂舍，生怕一不留神，众生因业力堕落，沉沦苦海。
古德有云：
阿弥陀佛之目，为观念佛众生；
阿弥陀佛之耳，为闻念佛之声；
阿弥陀佛光明，为护念佛之人。
故赋偈曰：
弥陀慈目为谁青？专觅众生念佛声。
六字洪名犹在耳，光明常护归途人。
颂劳动之余，更当铭感弥陀悲愿。但能念佛，即在佛光摄取之中。 南無阿彌陀佛
Reflections on Labour Day

In modern society, the smooth functioning of daily life depends on the diligent efforts of people across all professions. As the ancients said: "Each fulfills their role, and thus all endeavors succeed." Just like a finely tuned clock, even the smallest missing screw can halt its operation.
Yet in today’s fast-paced and high-pressure world, people inevitably become physically and mentally exhausted while striving to make a living. On this Labour Day, we sincerely pray that Amitabha, our Compassionate Father, shines his light and blessings upon all workers—granting them health and peace in body and mind, and enabling them to be bathed in the grace of the Buddha. May more people come to believe in the Buddha and recite his name, finding joy and security in faith.
We especially feel moved by Amitabha Buddha’s boundless compassionate vows. While workers in this world may have moments of rest after long hours of toil, Amitabha’s great vow has endured tirelessly for ten kalpas without a pause. He takes pity on sentient beings, who may fall into suffering at any moment due to karmic forces. Just like a loving mother who never takes her eyes off her newborn child, Amitabha constantly watches over beings, fearing that even the slightest distraction might allow them to fall into the ocean of suffering.
The ancient masters have said:
Amitabha’s eyes exist to observe those who recite his name;
Amitabha’s ears exist to hear the sound of his name being called;
Amitabha’s light exists to protect those who recite his name.
As we honor the dignity of labor, let us also remember the profound vow of Amitabha Buddha. As long as we recite his name, we are already within the embrace of his radiant light. Namo Amitabha Buddha
